Sales Manager – Sports & Entertainment

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 3–5 years of proven experience in the sports and entertainment industry to join our growing team at Xplere. This role is instrumental in driving business development efforts, cultivating strategic relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across our solutions portfolio in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with federations, leagues, clubs, government entities, and private sector partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders, particularly within the GCC market.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, pitch delivery, and contract negotiation.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to craft customized solutions that address client needs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide timely reporting on performance, forecasts, and emerging market trends.
  • Represent Xplere at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings, serving as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the sports, entertainment, or events industries.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established network within federations, clubs, agencies, or entertainment organizations in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
