The Job in a Nutshell
We're looking for a LAAS Sales Specialist (B2B) to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of Mrsool's transformation into a Logistics-as-a-Service provider. As a field-based sales expert, you'll take full ownership of acquiring and onboarding new business clients, driving high-volume sales, and building long-term relationships. You'll work closely with our leadership and operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions to top-tier clients.

What You Will Do
- Drive high-volume B2B sales and close strategic accounts.
- Identify, approach, and convert potential business clients across sectors.
- Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth integration with Mrsool's delivery solutions.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong, in-person relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client logistics needs.
- Represent Mrsool as a trusted LAAS partner to top players in the market.
Requirements
What Are We Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, delivery, or tech platforms.
- Fluent spoken English is a must — daily communication with clients and internal teams happens in English.
- Comfortable with field-based work and frequent in-person client visits.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality — able to identify and close opportunities independently.
- Professional, persuasive, and confident when dealing with decision-makers
