Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, building strong customer relationships, expanding market share, and achieving monthly sales targets in their assigned territory.


This role requires someone with a valid KSA driving license for a Manual Van/Truck


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients (retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, distributors).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure proper product visibility and placement in retail outlets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Implement promotional plans and merchandising activities.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure availability, visibility, and hygiene of products.
  • Collect orders, manage delivery follow-ups, and ensure timely payments.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and market feedback to the management team.



Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1 - 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry (food, beverages, personal care, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license - Manual Van/Truck
