Sales Executive Role Purpose:

The Sales Executive at ABANA Enterprises Group Co. will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services to potential clients. They will utilize their excellent communication skills, customer relationship management techniques, and sales strategies to achieve sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends and competitors.

Position Summary/Objective:
  • Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

Duties/Performance Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products.
  • Establishing new business.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages.
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Requirements

Education and Training
  • A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement for the Sales executive.

Experience
  • Minimum of two years proven broad sales experience, of which at least 1 year should be in Retails sales.

Skills and Attributes
  • An organized approach and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Computer literate in using MS Office with emphasis on MS Word, and Excel.
  • A good level of English spelling and grammar.
  • Work with personnel requires good interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to use your own initiative.
  • Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail.
