The Sales Executive promotes and sells company services through direct customer contacts

Generates positive revenue growth within the UK, focusing on identifying new customers and retaining and growing revenue with existing customers. Develops own pipeline of opportunities. Ability to develop relationships across vertical markets. Responsible for submission of sales activity and revenue reports.


Essential Job Functions

  • Develop target list and initiate contact with potential customers through sales phone calls and cold calling.
  • Introduce the company and the company’s services to potential customers and build and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Work with customers across verticals to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services.
  • Working with management to build a dynamic sales organization.
  • Great networking skills and ability to build relationships across different the functions of the organization.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan and pipeline that are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and vertical strengths.

Other Skills / Abilities

  • Minimum 5+ years of transportation, logistics, forwarding and/or supply chain sales experience required.
  • Demonstrable sales experience on country or regional level.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for opportunity assessment and sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel.
