What You Will DoAs a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and strengthen relationships with vendors and clients. Your role will be pivotal in accelerating BNPL adoption, nurturing partnerships, and contributing to the overall business strategy.
Sales & Business Development- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, expanding Qawafel’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to drive BNPL adoption and marketplace success.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, guiding them through onboarding and sales optimization.
- Work closely with clients to ensure seamless procurement processes and satisfaction with Qawafel’s services.
- Educate vendors on BNPL benefits, encouraging adoption and effective utilization.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding targets aligned with Qawafel’s growth objectives.
- Monitor key metrics, analyze sales performance, and recommend improvements.
- Provide insights on customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Background in B2B marketplaces, retail, or food distribution is a plus.
- Ability to drive results, manage multiple clients, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking, and pipeline management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
