About this Position We are seeking a dynamic Sales Marketing Engineer to support the LOCTITE brand within Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies division. This role combines technical understanding with commercial and marketing acumen to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and market share growth across industrial adhesive solutions.

- Support Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns for LOCTITE across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, MRO, and electronics.
- Technical Content Creation: Translate technical product features into customer-relevant value propositions, developing localized marketing materials (brochures, videos, social media posts, case studies).
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to equip them with promotional tools, application-based demos, and digital assets to drive conversion and upselling.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor benchmarking, gather customer insights, and analyze trends to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Digital Marketing: Support digital lead generation efforts via SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and webinars. Collaborate with the digital team on content planning and execution.
- Customer Engagement: Organize and support technical events, customer training sessions, and trade shows to boost brand visibility and foster client relationships.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as campaign effectiveness, sales pipeline growth, and customer engagement metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related). A marketing or business minor is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, technical sales, or application engineering within industrial or B2B sectors.
- Strong interest in marketing and branding with technical product exposure.
- Solid understanding of adhesive applications, especially LOCTITE or similar technologies, is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Power BI, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, or HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to think both strategically and analytically, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-functional environment.
