Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow sales across key accounts within the Saudi HVACR market, meeting and exceeding monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs, consultants, end-users, and retailers, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Execute sales and market strategies to drive Copeland’s market participation and penetration across KSA.
• Stay ahead of market trends and technological developments, gathering insights from key players in the industry to inform strategy and product positioning.
• Champion the introduction of new products and solutions, helping customers transition to energy-efficient, sustainable technologies while displacing competitor offerings.
• Provide actionable market intelligence and competitive analysis to internal teams.
• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to deliver market-specific solutions tailored to local needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key HVAC regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and influence future industry developments.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• 3 to 5 years experience in the HVACR industry, with a proven track record in technical sales within the Saudi market.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of HVACR technologies and market dynamics, particularly within Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders including OEMs, consultants, end users, and regulatory bodies.
• Commercially driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and general business software.
