Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will
- Implementation of the AGA Division market strategy.
- Maximize the sales of Oil Free Air High Pressure products to our current and new customers within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure that the sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation.
- Increase the market share in the assigned territory through an efficient and proactive sales approach.
- Recognize High-Pressure applications and define the potential market.
- Provide input to the BLM and Divisional Product/ Segment Managers for product and business improvement.
- To monitor the overall progress of projects against schedule and milestones, in coordination with the project engineers, as well as providing early warning of potential slippage. In case of delays, propose remedial actions so that the contract completion date for the work is not jeopardized.
- To meet Atlas Copco’s goal of "sustainable productivity".
- Provide timely and accurate sales and market information.
- Enhance and develop a good working relationship with customers and colleagues.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving the agreed business objects.
- Support sales through effective provision of sales data, including weekly planning, visits recording, and action reports using the CRM system.
- Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after-sales service to reach the required customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of equipment sales
- Experience in sales territory management
- Proven business analysis skills. Knowledge

- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- General PC skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Good standard of presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
