Sales Engineer - (Riyadh & Jeddah)
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, sales, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role focuses on the sales of machines and scaffolding solutions.
As a Sales Engineer, your main focus is to understand our customers by thinking strategically, building trust, providing advice and delivering uncompromising solutions. This is achieved through having strong relationships with different stakeholders and creating customer development plans to engage our customers.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We’ll give you everything you need to excel in your role, training on products, car with fuel, phone for official calls and the back end support to serve and fulfill your customer needs efficiently. You will manage your own book of business while being part of a friendly team. We’ll give you lots of responsibility, including your own portfolio of customers - these might be project manager, QA/QC Engineers, Site In charges.
Apart from the above a lucrative package and to drive you the extra mile an incentive scheme which will be shared in detail and provided on achieving targets set.
WHAT YOU NEED?
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Mechanical engineering
Previous Professional Sales Experience in Scaffolding, Welding Machines, Power Tools, Lifting Equipment, Butt fusion Welding machines and PPR Welding machines for at least 2years.
Valid KSA Driving license.
Proficiency in English - Verbal & Written (Arabic & Additional Language is a Bonus)
Ability to develop engaged customer relationships.
