A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Sales Director - Compression, you will engage in both face-to-face and remote sales, assessing customer needs to recommend tailored products and solutions. You will also play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies while managing the product/brand P&L to ensure profitability and return on investment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for products and brands.
• Evaluate and manage product/brand P&L, including budgeting and profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Achieve sales targets to drive compensation and business growth.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the compression sector.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing P&L and financial metrics.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
