Sales & CX Associate

As a Sales & Customer Experience (CX) Associate, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth. This role combines proactive customer engagement, strategic sales execution, and a dedication to improving the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities For Sales & Customer Experience

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion rates, directly contributing to sales targets.
• Order Coordination: Ensure smooth processing and fulfillment of customer renovation projects by coordinating with the design and operations teams.
• Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements in the overall journey.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote Revie’s services and solutions based on customer needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Revie’s offerings, including renovation services, design options, and execution packages.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience: At least 3 years in a customer service or sales role with a proven track record of achieving targets, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Analytical Skills: A data-driven approach to decision-making and identifying improvement areas.
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, chatbots, and customer service tools.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where sales and customer experience efforts are integrated.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a tech company or construction / interior design
• Familiarity with sales and customer service software ( we use Attio and Wati)
• Experience in Saudi Arabia
