Job description
  • خدمة العملاء وبيع المنتجات / العناصر بنشاط في منطقتك "في أعمال تأثيث المنزل (HFB)"
  • تحقق وتأكد من أن مجال مسؤوليتك يحتوي على منتجات معروضة ، في حالة جيدة ونظيفة ، وبسعر مناسب وأن لدينا مخزونًا كاملاً متاحًا للعملاء يوميًا قبل افتتاح المتجر.
  • قم بتصنيف وإرجاع أي أيادي فضفاضة متبقية إلى موقعها الأصلي (منتجات لا تنتمي إلى منطقتك / HFB).
  • تحقق من ملء جميع المنتجات / العناصر المطلوبة من اليوم السابق على أساس يومي.
  • تنظيم محطة عمل المبيعات على أساس يومي.
  • تأكد من توفر جميع أدوات التسوق وأن لديك كميات احتياطية في محطة العمل الخاصة بك ، واتصل بخدمة العملاء في حالة نفاد المخزون.
  • اتبع إجراءات السلامة المعروضة في جميع العناصر.
  • أعد حزم الحزم المفتوحة أو أرسلها إلى فريق الاسترداد.
  • استبدال نماذج المعرض التالفة وإرسال العناصر التالفة إلى فريق الاسترداد.
  • سلم أي مشكلات معلقة أو تابع عمليات المتابعة إلى زميلك عند تغيير الجداول.

Qualification
  • يجب أن تكون قادرة على العمل بنشاط مع تقنيات الترويج البصرية للتأثير على العملاء الدافع قرارات الشراء
  • يجب أن يكون تركيز العميل جيدًا وأن يكون واثقًا من الاقتراب والتحدث مع الناس بطريقة احترافية
  • يجب أن يكون لديك مهارات التواصل مع الآخرين.
  • وجود خبرة في المبيعات العامة وقطاع التجزءة
  • يجب أن تكون قادر على التحدث وفهم اللغة العربية
