About The Role…

As Sales Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading revenue growth and scaling Wildix’s presence across the Middle East and North Africa. You will be a key driver of our regional go-to-market strategy, working closely with partners to manage pipelines and maximize sales opportunities. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in growing and scaling sales teams and executing revenue acceleration strategies.


What You Will Do…

  • Drive sales and revenue growth across the MENA region, ensuring aggressive growth targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to manage pipelines, close deals, and accelerate sales cycles. Ensure partners have the necessary tools, training, and resources to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute a tailored GTM strategy for MENA, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize regional market potential.
  • Expand and strengthen partnerships with key resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances to drive business growth in the region.
  • Build, manage, and develop high-performing sales teams across the MENA region. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure regional success and an optimized customer experience.
  • Continuously analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategies and optimize growth.


What You Will Bring…

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a track record of managing multiple teams and scaling revenue operations in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of the MENA market, including business culture, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives based on market analysis and performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making.
