Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports
  • Maintain accurate customer database and sales pipelines
  • Coordinate with various departments to execute sales-related activities efficiently
  • Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and materials
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with minimum 1 year experience in sales support or coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting
