About the Job As a valued member of the Aamar team, your primary role as a Supply Officer will be to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners in the dynamic real estate market. This role is ideal for those skilled in presenting and negotiating leasing solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding of properties, managing owner relationships through our CRM system, and delivering exceptional service while tracking key performance metrics. About the Opportunity This position offers an excellent chance to grow your expertise in the rapidly evolving PropTech space. Working alongside our team in Riyadh, you’ll play a key role in shaping the leasing landscape by delivering innovative solutions to property owners and supporting our mission of transforming the real estate rental experience. Your Responsibilities Identify and engage with property owners to onboard their properties onto our leasing platform. Present and explain our leasing solutions and technology to property owners. Manage the full onboarding and leasing process from initial contact to signed agreements. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners. Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper listing, marketing, and management of properties. Maintain accurate records of owners, contracts, and leasing activities in the CRM system. Track and report key onboarding and leasing metrics to ensure performance targets are met. Achieve defined onboarding targets and objectives within set timeframes. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in property leasing, sales, customer success, or property onboarding. Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively with property owners. Proven ability to manage the onboarding process from strategy to agreement. Excellent listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
