The Opportunity: Sales and Application Specialist – Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Application Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this hybrid role, you will combine clinical expertise with commercial acumen to support customers across the full lifecycle—from pre- and post-sales applications support to expanding adoption of Beckman Coulter’s diagnostic solutions.
You will play a critical role in building long-term relationships with laboratories, clinicians, and distributors, while driving portfolio growth and ensuring customers achieve the highest standards of clinical and workflow performance.

You will play a critical role in building long-term relationships with laboratories, clinicians, and distributors, while driving portfolio growth and ensuring customers achieve the highest standards of clinical and workflow performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with end users in your assigned territory.
- Drive the expansion of Beckman Coulter’s test menu and product portfolio.
- Provide pre- and post-sales application support, ensuring solutions align with customer workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (parameters, calibration, and quality control).
- Deliver product training to customers and support field associates (sales and service).
- Represent Beckman Coulter at customer sites, conferences, trade shows, and internal/external meetings.
- Support External Quality Control programs (RIQAS) and contribute to clinical aspects of project execution.
- Collaborate closely with Service, Commercial, Marketing, and Regulatory teams on product launches, field support, and safety notifications.
- Provide occasional remote application support via phone.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Medical Laboratory.
- Proven experience in diagnostics and laboratory environments.
- Clinical expertise with strong commercial drive.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Ability to build strong relationships with end users, distributors, and purchasing agents.
- Highly agile, flexible, and available for extensive travel across Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi diagnostics market.
