Job Summary
The Sales Advisor holds the critical position of embodying Bluemina’s brand in every client interaction, making each client’s experience extraordinary. The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving sales from a network (their own / company leads) of High-Net-Worth Individuals. They should be passionate with a proven track record of increasing revenue growth through optimizing sales operations.
Our Bluemina Regional team of dedicated professionals is committed to providing exceptional service, market expertise, and unparalleled client experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic offices in the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage prospective clients, nurture relationships, and maintain a robust network to capitalize on business opportunities in the Levant region to grow Bluemina’ s client base.
- Lead Management: Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively by securing, handling, and qualifying sales inquiries to convert them into appointments promptly, ensuring swift and efficient customer responses
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to assess their needs and financials abilities to propose and make recommendations for suitable Bluemina programs and premium services that meet those needs.
- Sales Targets: Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Play a key role in proactively contacting both new and existing customers (by phone, online and face to face) and following up leads to generate sales and referrals.
- Transaction Management: Support the Client Account Coordinators with the transaction process by accurately processing all documentation relating to customer / family profile and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timelines are met.
- Reporting & Reporting Tools: Maintain and update the Sales CRM (TalentHub)
Requirements:
- Be equipped with 4-6 years of experience in luxury retail sales or relevant higher end products sales and sales operations.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to ethical business practices.
- Proven Track Record in closing high-value transactions and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic & English.
