Job Purpose
To provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing sales documentation , coordinating with internal departments , ensuring smooth order processing , and maintain accurate sales records to enhance overall sales efficiency and customer satisfaction .
Job Context
The Sales administration role is part of the sales team and helps make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This includes handling sales orders , following up with other departments like finance , logistics and production, and making sure records are correct. The job needs good coordination and communication skills to help the sales team focus on customer and growing the business .
Key Accountabilities
Maintain total team commitment to achieving and exceeding the monthly invoicing target
Leading & following up with all stakeholders ( production team , sales , supply chain & logistic ) to assure materials are ready & dispatch as per order acknowledgement
Provide commercial input as required for tenders and quotes.
Developing departmental and individual objectives. Encourage teamwork, talent and set priority and performance expectations to build strength in the department
Working closely with the Sales Supervisor to ensure compliance and proper process in place.
Entering ,reflecting & recording all documents related to Sales operation ( PO’s , delivery note , Quotations ,Approved TAF , forecast , Agreements , order acknowledgement) as per LE standard & procedure
Auditing , checking & raising any risk on payment terms or delivery penalty in any Purchase order or agreement

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Educated to degree level in a business-related discipline
- Good command of English and Arabic ( written and verbal )
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- No prior experience required
- Very organized with a strong work and customer orientation, taking ownership to deliver on time every time.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication; clear oral and written skills; effective questioning and active listening and presentation skills.
- Assertive, tenacious, and willing to challenge when required.
- Proactive, takes the initiative and effectively deals with resistance.
- Ability to sell ideas, adapting approach for different audiences.
- Enjoys a challenge and always alert for areas of improvement.
