Who will you be working with?

At Transit Services Group of Wabtec, we support customers in railway industry by providing maintenance and spares, and by retrofitting equipment. The Transit Services Group consolidates all business related to spare parts, repair & overhaul activities on existing trains, platforms and infrastructure. To support our business development in Saudi Arabia, we invite Sales Administrator to join the team.

How will you make a difference?

As a valued member of the Sales team, you oversee all administrative and logistical activities, ensuring that purchase orders are compliant, suppliers meet their contractual obligations, and deliveries are on time. Your work will directly contribute to successful project execution, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your skills in negotiation, supply chain management, and logistics while working alongside industry professionals who are passionate about excellence.

What do we want to know about you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings the following:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial sector with hands-on operational and commercial exposure
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to build strong supplier relationships
• A team player with great interpersonal skills, flexible and proactive in solving problems
• Experience with ERP systems (any platform)
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
• In-depth understanding of international contracts (Incoterms) and customs legislation
• Familiarity with key players in the rail industry will be a strong advantage

• Drive consultations to secure the best purchasing agreements
• Ensure supplier compliance with contracts and negotiate favorable purchasing terms
• Issue and track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Coordinate logistics and manage transit documentation, ensuring smooth import/export operations
• Track order deliveries, ensure adherence to deadlines, and resolve issues before they become problems
• Collaborate with logistics partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
