Key Responsibilities

- Own client relationships – Act as the main point of contact, deeply understand client needs, and ensure solution alignment and proper contract execution.
- Drive growth – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage financial performance, and develop account expansion plans.
- Build and manage pipeline – Qualify leads, structure your pipeline, and meet sales targets.
- Ensure client value – Conduct regular check-ins, lead demos, and ensure clients realize measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain CRM accuracy – Track performance metrics and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
- 5+ years in SaaS account management or customer success.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with a structured, consultative approach.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and how SaaS integrates within enterprise environments.
- Proficient in CRM and customer success tools.
- Experience working across diverse, multicultural teams.
