The Account Manager at COMPANY will be responsible for presenting and promoting our innovative solutions in digital transformation, including IoT, AI, platform development, and satellite connectivity.
This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with government, semi-government, and non-government entities to drive business growth.
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met while delivering tailored solutions to align with their digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our technology offerings and excel at managing client relationships to secure new business and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Section III : Do-Key Activities and responsibilities of the Role
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across government, semi-government, and non-government sectors.
2. Act as the primary liaison between COMPANY and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
3. Present COMPANY's digital transformation solutions (IoT, AI, platform development, satellite connectivity) tailored to client needs and objectives.
4. Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to engage prospective clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
6. Monitor industry trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of COMPANY's technology solutions to offer relevant and innovative proposals.
7. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
8. Ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded by coordinating with technical support and service delivery teams.
9. Regularly update sales reports, forecasts, and account status to senior management.
10. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the assigned sectors.
Qualifications
Section IIII: Display – Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies such as IoT, AI, platform development, and satellite connectivity.
4. Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and successfully close high-value deals.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 6. Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as required.
