Role Description


We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Sales Account Manager to lead business development and account growth for Vision 2030 initiatives across Saudi Arabia. This is a critical role focused on engaging with government entities, large enterprises, and key stakeholders who are actively contributing to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology solutions and a deep understanding of national development priorities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively identify, develop, and manage Vision 2030 strategic accounts
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers involved in national transformation projects.
  • Position our solutions as enablers for Vision 2030 objectives.
  • Secure invitations to participate in major RFPs and national projects.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting, opportunity development, and proposal submission to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that align with the client’s strategic goals.
  • Travel extensively within Saudi Arabia to build strong in-market relationships.

 

Required Experience & Skills


  • 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in technology solutions, preferably in large-scale government or national projects.
  • 2 to 3 years for the same role and clients (2030).
  • Strong knowledge of Vision 2030 priorities, key programs, and major transformation initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation, system integration, and safety solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to open new accounts and grow strategic relationships.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience working with government entities, mega-projects, or national programs in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
