At KILONEWTONS, we prioritize safety above all else. As a leader in construction and industrial services, we are seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance with the highest safety standards across our projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations (OSHA, Saudi OHS, etc.)
Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards
Lead safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all personnel
Monitor compliance with emergency response plans and fire safety protocols
Maintain safety documentation and records for audits and inspections
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety into all operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction/industrial safety management
Certified In NEBOSH, IOSH, Or Equivalent Safety Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Saudi OHS regulations, OSHA standards, and international best practices
Experience with safety management software (EHS platforms, incident reporting tools)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct safety audits and deliver effective training programs
Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
