Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Room Boy to join our hospitality team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Room Boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish guest amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and linens
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and storage rooms
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Adhere to established cleaning standards and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations
• Respect guest privacy and handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Housekeeping certifications (optional)
• Knowledge of local customs and etiquette in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support colleagues as needed
