Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling, including transporting it to and from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities, services, and features.
• Assist with parking and retrieval of guest vehicles when applicable.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, including dining options, facilities, and local attractions.
• Offer recommendations for nearby restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage guest requests such as storing luggage, delivering packages, or obtaining special items.
• Ensure luggage is safely stored and labeled to avoid loss or damage.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including guest privacy and handling sensitive information.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably bilingual.
• Previous experience in a guest services or hospitality role is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
