Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks across our portfolio of major construction and infrastructure projects. Your work will directly contribute to safeguarding project performance, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and minimizing potential delays and cost overruns in alignment with our strategic goals and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management Framework: Support the establishment and implementation of project risk management plans in compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 31000) and specific client requirements.
Risk Identification & Assessment: Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating detailed project risk registers in close coordination with project teams and discipline engineers.
Analysis & Reporting: Conduct qualitative risk assessments and support quantitative analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations). Prepare clear and concise risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and client reviews.
Mitigation Monitoring: Track the implementation of risk response plans and diligently follow up with action owners to ensure effective risk mitigation.
Workshop Facilitation: Support the facilitation of risk review meetings and workshops, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to embed a proactive risk culture across all project phases.
Job requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated specifically to Risk Management.
Sector Experience: Proven experience in the infrastructure or construction sector.
Certification: Professional Risk Certification (PMI-RMP or equivalent) is mandatory.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and specialized risk analysis software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis).
Skills: Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong reporting skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional professional certification such as PMP, MoR, or equivalent.
Experience with quantitative risk analysis techniques and tools.
