Revit Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building information modeling (BIM) and proficiency in Autodesk Revit software. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create and maintain detailed 3D models for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit software.
• Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP systems into the Revit model.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building systems.
• Generate construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Conduct model reviews and coordination meetings to identify and address design issues.
• Provide Revit training and technical support to team members as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Revit updates, features, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Revit Engineer or BIM Coordinator in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, including creating and editing complex 3D models.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.
• Familiarity with other BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with project management and coordination is a plus.
