We are looking for a proactive and analytical Revenue Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and optimize business performance. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, analyze sales and market data, and develop strategies to maximize revenue across products, services, and markets. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement initiatives that increase profitability and support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and market share.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Support the creation of sales forecasts, revenue projections, and business plans.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new market opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to assess market trends, pricing strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress toward revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in revenue management, sales strategy, business development, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Number and quality of identified growth opportunities executed.
  • Accuracy and usefulness of sales forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling performance.
  • Timeliness and impact of insights and strategic recommendations delivered to leadership.
