We are seeking a Revenue Collection Expert as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in the Middle East and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor all aspects of revenue generation from the bus system
• Oversee the daily cash collections
• Audit ticket sales, daily reports, and reconciling financial discrepancies
• Supervise ticket inspectors
• Perform trend analysis relative to cost and schedule
• Administer of ticket collection and tariff policy
• Generate financial reports, tracking income trends, and analyzing revenue generation
• Analyze fare evasion and recommend solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience includes 5 years’ experience in revenue collection
• Preferably with regional and international expertise, specifically 5 years’ experience in the Middle East.
• Knowledge of international best practices and norms international working experience in multicultural teams advantageous
• Excellent personal administration skills (taking of minutes, conduct presentations, working to agreed deadlines etc.)
• Preferably proficiency in Arabic language, speaking, writing & reading. Plus, English language skills both spoken and written.
• Preference given to Muslim applicants due to the location in the Haram zone of Makkah
• Full Computer Literacy.
