About the Role:
Ensure the fastest development of profitable sales growth within KSA in the Retail Channel in line with GROHE’s Mission. The primary purpose of the role is to manage the retail channel and to achieve annual sales targets, drive the increase in market share within this sector and enhance the geographical presence of Grohe within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on the complete range of Grohe products including faucets, shower systems, concealed cisterns, flush plates, thermostats, and smart solutions.
- Perform in-store product demonstrations using live displays (where available), focusing on innovative features such as water-saving technology or touchless operation.
- Build strong relationships with retail store staff, owners, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment in promoting Grohe products.
- Provide product training and sales tips to store staff to improve overall Grohe sales performance.
- Support store-level activities like product launches, mini-events, or promotional drives.
- Ensure that Grohe products are well-displayed, clean, and stocked in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Place marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and display boards as per Grohe’s visual merchandising standards.
- Report damage or missing promotional materials or displays and coordinate replacements.
- Track daily customer interactions, inquiries, quotations, and confirmed sales.
- Maintain and share weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with retail staff or the Grohe distributor for conversion and fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor brands present in the store and provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Identify trends in customer demand and suggest new ideas to enhance Grohe's retail presence.
- Coordinate with retail staff to ensure adequate stock of fast-moving Grohe items.
- Raise alerts for low or out-of-stock products and coordinate restocking with Grohe’s partners.
- Represent Grohe with professionalism, aligning with the premium nature of the brand.
- Follow all retail and brand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to customer interaction, data handling, and reporting.
Educational Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the bathroom fittings, building materials, or luxury products industry.
- Experience in customer handling and in-store merchandising.
- Prior work in premium or luxury brands is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of retail displays and visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and POS software.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing products or interior design trends.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic mainly and English.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
- Strong team player and self-motivated.
