Restaurant Supervisor

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Driving the guest experience through service quality.
• Implementation and maintenance of brand standards.
• Implementation of quality assurance programs .
• Implementation and compliance of the Company’s Fire, Life and Safety requirements.
• Assists Restaurant Manager with compilation of new food or beverage menus.
• Manages daily operation of restaurants.
• Maintains database (email) of restaurants clients.
• Reviews checklists to maintain high standard of cleanliness.
• Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
  
  

What We need from you:

• Graduation or intermediate level of qualification.
• Completion of degree of certification in the Hospitality Industry.
• 1 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor .
• Fluent in English language and Arabic is preferable
