Job Purpose

To consistently deliver the Nando’s Experience in accordance with the Nando’s Brand and Operating Standards ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

Assist in developing the restaurant budget and ensure its adherence and to verify all daily, monthly and annual reports & paperwork as required have been completed and submitted timeously and correctly.
Ensure efficient stock control management for the restaurant, ensure repairs and maintenance are taking place communicate results of internal and external audits of the restaurant to the management team and develop & manage a corrective action plan to improve results.
Communicate and ensure compliance to the Nando’s operational standards and operating requirements.
Develop and monitor rostering on a weekly basis to ensure sufficient people capacity to meet the business requirements and complete, submit and monitor payroll information in accordance with relevant legislation and Nando’s policies and procedures.
To communicate, execute and evaluate all national, regional and local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Respond to all customer complaints in accordance with the Nando’s policies and procedures.
To draw up the community map and local marketing plan together with the management team.
Analyse the mystery shopper report, communicate results to the management team and develop & manage a corrective action plan to improve results.
To ensure induction and training of all new staff according to Nando’s policies and procedures to proactively meet the needs of the business and ensure effective staff development and succession planning for the restaurant.

Knowledge And Skills Required

Ideal candidate should have an overall 10 years of experience out of which minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Manager managing a branded international casual dining restaurant chain.
Should have good command over English language.
Ability to speak in Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to analyze and understand market trends and environment.
Should have good people management skills.
Job location - Can be in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar or Dammam.
