We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Resource Planning Consultant (Saudi National) to support strategic resource planning activities within the procurement department over a 1-year engagement. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience with a proven track record in resource planning and data analytics.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Resource Planning Consultant (Saudi National) to support strategic resource planning activities within the procurement department over a 1-year engagement. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience with a proven track record in resource planning and data analytics.
Key Requirements
- Saudi National.
- 5–8 years of experience in resource planning, with direct involvement in procurement or supply chain functions.
- Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and using analytics to support planning decisions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain resource planning models to support procurement project requirements.
- Analyze current and projected resource capacity and demand across procurement functions.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and workforce utilization.
- Contribute to periodic planning reviews, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Support the development and enhancement of resource planning frameworks and tools.
