Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact.

  • Lead and supervise the reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Manage the booking process, including making and amending reservations, handling group bookings, and processing contracts and payments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics
  • Implement and maintain efficient reservation systems and procedures
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Participate in revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and profitability
  • Prepare regular reports on reservations performance and guest feedback

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Reservations Supervisor or minimum 2+ years of experience as a Reservations Agent
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and guest services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
