Job Title: Research Executive

Overview

The Research Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality market research projects across various sectors. This role involves working closely with clients, managing research processes, and analysing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research, a keen eye for detail, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Support the execution of end-to-end market research projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams (fieldwork, data processing, analytics) and external vendors
  • Ensure timely and accurate project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards

Client Engagement

  • Assist in preparing client presentations and reports
  • Respond to client queries and provide regular project updates
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering valuable insights

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse quantitative data to identify trends and patterns
  • Interpret research findings and translate them into clear, actionable insights
  • Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate research outcomes

Research Design & Execution

  • Support the design of research methodologies (e.g., surveys)
  • Assist in questionnaire development and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure data accuracy and integrity

Market & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Apply market knowledge to enhance research recommendations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Experience: 1–2 years in market research or related fields (including internships)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analysis capabilities
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint, survey platforms)
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
