- Develop and maintain a suite of customer reports that track key metrics related to employer branding initiatives.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to create meaningful and insightful reports for various clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure reports meet business needs.
- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards for clients using reporting tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Identify trends, patterns in data and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding analytics
