Reporting Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports to clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project reports
• Oversee a team of reporting specialists and ensure their work meets quality standards and deadlines
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather project data and information for reporting purposes
• Analyze project data and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and stakeholders
• Communicate project progress and updates to clients and stakeholders through various reporting methods, such as dashboards, presentations, and written reports
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in project data and reporting
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in reporting and make recommendations for process improvements
• Train and mentor team members on reporting processes and tools
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as client requirements
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project reporting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
• Strong understanding of project management principles and reporting methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience managing a team and delegating tasks effectively
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
