The Project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Spearheaded the creation of dynamic Power BI dashboards tailored for live construction environments, integrating data from Primavera P6, Oracle, SAP, and contractor feeds to deliver a unified view of project performance.
• Automated data pipelines and report refreshes to ensure accurate, real-time reporting, enhancing decision-making efficiency across project leadership.
• Delivered high-impact reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights and supporting strategic reviews.
• Established robust EVM systems to monitor SPI, CPI, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with international standards and project control requirements.
• Unified cost, schedule, risk, and change data into comprehensive dashboards, collaborating with planning, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Led the design and continuous enhancement of interactive dashboards with drill-down, filtering, and analytics features, tailored to evolving project needs and stakeholder feedback.
• Enforced automated data validation checks, reconciled multi-source data, and resolved anomalies to maintain reporting integrity and compliance with governance standards.
• Facilitated collaborative review sessions with CSC and contractors, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared understanding of project performance metrics.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Professional qualification (or equivalent).
