Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.

We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Rental Sales Representative with proven sales track records in KSA market for earth moving machinery & heavy Equipment.

Job Scope:

Should Have a thorough understanding of Saudi market equipment demand/size/rental rate/sites application risk and understanding of the company’s equipment inventory, including specifications, features, and proper usage.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation for upcoming rental projects to achieve required annual/monthly targets.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers by responding to rental inquiries and following up on leads to transform them into valuable sales opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess clients equipment needs, and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the unique benefits and advantages of rental equipment.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through continuous communication, addressing any concerns with rented equipment, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the rental process.
  • Oversee the seamless delivery, setup, and maintenance of rental equipment by working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Act as a liaison with the service and maintenance departments to guarantee that all equipment remains in optimal condition and is ready for rental.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer preferable or related field.

Experience:

  • 5 years rental sales experience in earth moving machinery & heavy Equipment or related fields.

Other Requirements:

  • Existing client databases/relationships in the field are a plus.
  • Experience coordinating rental agreements and timesheet control.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
