Job Summary:

This position is accountable for identifying, developing and driving sales opportunities in the Renewables market across Saudi Arabia. The effective candidate must be skilled in driving diverse pursuits and must have excellent abilities in building networks, driving results, and collaborating with different functions within an organization

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Builds and manages long-term customer relationships and resolutions to specific customer needs and issues.
  • Accountable for Renewables bookings for Saudi Arabia by winning new installed base with existing and new customers. Responsible for growing the opportunity funnel, qualify, pursue, negotiate and win new projects for Saudi.
  • Act as technology Subject Matter Expert in Emerson Renewables solutions, within the Power and Water MEA team. Drives workshops with customers and regional sales channel or local business partners focus on solutions dedicated to renewables market.
  • Manages the Saudi opportunity funnel and submits monthly and yearly forecasts for bookings. Close collaboration with global renewables Subject Matter Expert and sales community for knowledge transfer and marketing opportunities.
  • Foster relationship with key players in renewables industry including end users, EPCs and producers.
  • Collaborate with global project pursuit team and support to win projects destined for Saudi Arabia.
  • Leads all Outcome Value Chain workshops with the qualified customers, collaborates with the Sustainability team to enhance and deliver the sustainability message to customers in the renewables market, and participates in market-specific events and roadshows.
  • Uses Emerson Business Systems to manage opportunities and customer entities.
  • Reviews and provides input/feedback on all proposals generated by the Proposal team, collaborates with global Subject Matter Experts to build the best-suited technical solution for customers.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Instrumentation) or Equivalent.
  • relevant work experience in the power and water industries

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Previous Experience with the renewable industry
  • Expected travel time: 50%
