Remote Senior Graphic Designer - Scalable Hacks Consulting

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality visual communication that aligns with our brand identity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling graphics for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and web content.
• Lead design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and enhance brand consistency.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
