The Remote Service Delivery Professional is governed by the (define) CMP program of Oil Field Services. The SDE/S has the opportunity to promote through a technical career ladder which includes continued and progressive training and job requirements. Remote Service Delivery Professional II: Follows CMP requirements. Is able to perform and execute a remote job without direct supervision.

As a Remote Service Delivery Professional – PRODUCT LINE NAME you will be responsible for (OFS STANDARD NO PL SPECIFIC DETAILS IN THIS SECTION)
- Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
- Real time execution and direction of rig site activities from remote hub Location.
- Responsible for executing the operational plan per the contract terms and conditions.
- Provides all real time job monitoring activities and real time decisions regarding changes to the drilling plan. Responsible for communicating such changes to the customer, rig site personnel, and other stakeholders as required.
- Engaging with your team to determine appropriate actions, relying upon experience, standard principles, concepts and techniques
- Take ownership for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site
- Preparing service deliverables in accordance with standard operating procedures, internal management systems or customer agreed procedures

- Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent) in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics OR Two Year STEM Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of Two years relevant industry experience OR a minimum of Four years relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work the required scheduled hours per location (12 hour shifts, will vary depending on location)
- An analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results
- Prior relevant industry experience is preferred
- Be an excellent communicator, able to build a strong network with various stakeholders across business units
- Show strong IT skills, and the ability to multitask whilst using technical equipment
- Be excited to learn new technical skills with regards to digital oilfield and various transmission protocols

- Thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy the need to react quickly to find solutions to problems
