We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Quality to implement and oversee group-wide Quality policies and procedures. You will ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards across our global operations through audits, training, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic & Operational Excellence


    • Implement QA best practices and quality initiatives aligned with FPI’s standards.
    • Promote a quality-driven culture and ensure compliance with international and local quality regulations.
    • Drive quality improvements using Lean Six Sigma to enhance defect rates, first pass efficiency, and reduce rework.

  • Quality Audits & Compliance


    • Conduct comprehensive Quality and Technical audits at manufacturing plants and central functions.
    • Lead root cause analyses, implement corrective/preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
    • Ensure implementation of Fiberstrong, Wavistrong, Flowstrong, and related technologies at required quality levels.

  • Quality Management System (QMS)


    • Maintain and update the Group Quality Manual and QMS procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO, API, and other industry standards.
    • Review non-conformities and customer complaints; establish corrective actions.

  • Data & Customer Feedback


    • Perform trend analysis on audit findings and site failures.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and develop improvement plans.

  • Team Management & Training


    • Lead and motivate Quality Engineers across locations.
    • Plan and conduct QMS training and awareness sessions.
    • Maintain training compliance and documentation.


    Qualifications & Experience

    Required:
    • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Quality, or Chemical Engineering
    • Certified Lead Auditor


    Preferred:
    • 7+ years in Quality Management
    • Certified in API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001
    • Strong experience in GRE/GRP products and fiberglass applications
