As the Regional Product Manager for our Woundcare Chronic & Prevention product portfolio, you will be responsible for the operational marketing plan implementation to support the commercial team in achieving the target market share & growth within the region.
To succeed in your new position, you will take the lead in the following areas:
- Gain a clear market understanding of the pressure ulcer, prevention and chronic woundcare therapy area
- Monitor the products performance and tactics implementation, with the new expansion opportunities
- Manage the portfolio campaigns, strategy & launch activities to ensure that the message is effectively conveyed to the market
- Implement the focus products strategy into operational activities and tactics to highlight the product solution and the competitive edges versus competition
- Representation of the company by visiting customers to gain feedback on the acute & incision care products (Roughly 50% travel required)
- Participating in the local and global activities and the main potential congresses related to the woundcare products portfolio to create and strengthen the brand awareness.
- Support in building local scientific evidence with the main KOLs

What you’ll need
- Clear strategic thinking with the ability to bring together commercial and creative
- Relevant Marketing or Scientific related degree
- Minimum 3 years experience of hands-on product marketing within a MedTech environment
- Experience in the wider MEA markets and medical device customers
- Understanding of the challenges within the Woundcare environment
- Proven track record working within complex selling environments
- Excellent customer relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Advanced problem solving, presentation & project management knowledge
