Regional Marketing and Communications Specialist

Help AG is looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Regional Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and tracking internal and external campaigns that align with business goals and elevate our brand presence across the region.

This role blends creative strategy, digital fluency, project management, and storytelling, requiring both left and right-brain thinking to ensure strong engagement with our audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing in the execution of regional marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the annual marketing plan and calendar.
• Drive brand awareness and strengthen overall brand positioning in the region.
• Ensure all content is consistent in style, tone, and quality, and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Help AG’s solutions, services, and market positioning.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to execute campaigns and events.
• Project manage marketing initiatives across departments, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and follow-through.
• Develop and localize content in both English and Arabic in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Lead or support the coordination and execution of internal and external events.
• Analyze campaign performance data (traffic, conversions, ROI, etc.) to optimize future strategies.
• Create engaging and effective social media content and campaigns in both languages.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate and oversee video marketing projects, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and timelines.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Saudi Nationals preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience in PR, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social), and content creation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with a creative approach to storytelling and branding.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commercial understanding of marketing’s impact on business growth.
