Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented for Recruitment Intern (Tamheer) to support our talent acquisition team. You'll support with interview scheduling, administrative tasks, and candidate communication, playing a key role in our hiring process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Post job descriptions and assist with sourcing.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding.
• Handle administrative tasks and generate reports.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Proven administrative skills.
• Experience with scheduling and communication.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
