This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the delivery of top talent that aligns with organizational needs and values. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid recruitment experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and performance KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both white- and blue-collar positions.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor) to attract qualified candidates.
- Monitor labor market trends and recommend best sourcing strategies.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring performance and team productivity.
- Handle escalations, resolve challenges in the recruitment process, and ensure timely decision-making.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the recruitment team.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring standards.
- Represent the company and HR department professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to delegate, monitor, and develop staff.
- Proficient in using ATS systems and online sourcing tools.
- Solid knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast hiring needs and plan accordingly.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-volume hiring.
- Culturally aligned with company values and capable of representing HR in a professional manner.
