We are thrilled to announce that we are recruiting for new roles as part of our extended partnership with one of our flagship healthcare clients—now expanding into exciting new geographies including Saudi Arabia.
As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
For this role you will ideally be (hybrid) based in our client office premises in Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
- Contributing to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Leading vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
- Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships.
- Ensuring that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting.
- Ensuring all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner.
- Supporting hiring managers with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer.
Skills & Experience:
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Previous experience in recruiting for Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry
- Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
- Business fluency in English and Arabic - both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS
