At Hosuk Travels, we believe that every great travel experience begins with a warm welcome. We are looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, who will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front-desk operations that reflect our company’s professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain records of client visits, calls, and messages.
  • Assist clients with travel-related queries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
